We are committed to providing hihj-quality meals to our costumers. If you experience an issue with our order, we accept refund requests under the following conditions : 

  • Claim deadline : All refund requests must be made within a hour of receiving the order.
  • Requiring proof : A photo of the dish and a detailed description of the issue must be provided.
  • Exceptions : No refund will be issued if the order has been largely consumed.
  • Processing time : Refund request will be reviewed and processed within 3 or 5 business days.
  • Refund method : Depending on the situation, refund may be issued via the original payment method or as store credit for a future order.
