About Us
I am a culinary enthusiast with roots in Martinique and Réunion Island. My journey in the culinary arts began over four years ago when I started seriously exploring cooking as a self-taught chef. Over the past three years, I have refined my skills and cooked at home, notably for renowned artists such as Meryl and Bamby.
Initially, I specialized in Réunion and Caribbean cuisine, but my curiosity drove me to explore other culinary horizons, including Asian, Latin, and Italian cuisines. I had the opportunity to enrich my skills during unforgettable culinary trips to Seoul and Kuala Lumpur last year, where I learned some recipes and techniques on-site.
At the end of 2022, leveraging my experience and passion, I founded “Le Rolento,” a company specializing in takeout containers and private chef services, offering a fusion of authentic flavors and culinary travel experiences.
In my quest for learning, I recently moved to Eindhoven in February 2024, ready to share my passion for cooking with a new community and continue exploring new culinary horizons and gastronomy.

1. What are the prices of the meal trays and the delivery fees?
The meal trays are priced at between 14€ and 16,50€, excluding delivery fees.
2. Is click & collect available?
Yes, click & collect is possible.
3. How can I know the menu offered?
The menu changes daily with two dishes per day. You can find the weekly menu on our Instagram page, it’s also shared in stories every day and available on the website.
4. When can I place my order?
The website is updated every evening with the available dishes for the next day. You can order on lerolento.com.
5. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, or credit/debit card. For click & collect, it’s also possible to pay in cash.
6. Is it possible to order outside of the usual service hours?
Yes, if you want to reserve a dish in advance or request a delivery outside of regular hours, you can send us a message via WhatsApp.
7. What are your options for specific dietary requirements?
For private chef services, please send us a message on WhatsApp or mail to discuss any dietary restrictions or specific requirements.
For takeaway containers, allergen information is clearly listed on the product page.
8. What is the delivery zone?
Currently, the delivery zone is exclusively limited to Eindhoven.
9. Are your products fresh?
Yes, our products are fresh, and the meat is halal.
